About SAT

The SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) is an internationally recognized standardized test administered by the College Board. It is composed to evaluates the basic critical reading, math, and writing skills of a candidate. Most colleges/universities ask for the ACT or SAT score results from candidates as a part of the admissions process. Exercised for undergraduate admission in the United States and some other countries, it evaluates how adequately the test takers interpret and solve problems.

SAT 2021 is of two types: SAT Reasoning Test or SAT and SAT Subjects Test.

SAT analyses a candidate’s ability in four sections – Evidence-Based Reading and Writing, Reading Test, Writing and Language Test, and Math. SAT Subject Tests are hour-long, content-based exams that evaluate a candidates’ strength in specific subjects. The SAT 2021 is offered seven times annually in the US and six times in most countries.

SAT is held seven times a year in the US and six times at other international locations. It is held in the months of October, November, December, January, March, May and June.
